How are translations counted?
A translation is counted once per translation key / single text string in the base locale.
Is there special pricing for open source projects?
Yes! Open source projects are free and have unlimited translations and locales.
Can I change plans or cancel my account later?
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account at any time. Upgrade action will take effect immediately, while downgrade and cancellation actions become effective at the end of the current billing period.
What currency is this in?

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Does the price include tax (VAT)?
Prices are exclusive of VAT (20%) which is applicable to UK customers and non VAT registered EU customers.

What is your refund policy?
You have 48 hours after the transaction to request a refund, but note that we reserve the right to decline that request should we see high activity on your account within this time.
